Scheduling end of season events
Both President's Cup and Commissioner's cup will be held at 100h7, March 15th and Feb 16th, respectively. End of Season banquet TUESDAY April 5th. The Board agreed that would encourage attendance to the event.
A -> B drop
The board agreed that no A League player can sub into a B League team. They may PETITION to DROP to a B League team, leaving their A League team, if they are under a 33% average.
NEW BUSINESS
Voting topics for the banquet
1) The subject of blind singles vs. captain's choice will be raised again, due to numerous complaints.
2) English Cricket as a tiebreaker choice for B League singles, 5/500 cap. This does not need a change to the scoresheets or play format and merely needs a vote.
3) Board positions up for election: Statistician. (But, if re-elected, Dawn is changing the rules after this season for the position term lengths to be measured in seasons rather than years. Right now, the terms can't match up with the voting and it makes zero sense.)
Closing Old Bank account
Chucke will work with Keith to procure our old funds and close the old account, transferring monies to the new account. Dawn will buy new Halex boards with it.
Captain's Meeting
The next captain's meeting, which will be sign up night, will take place in the the weeks after the banquet, exact day TBA
