A review of the previous meetings minutes by the Secretary/Treasurer.

   It is decided the tradition of pizza at the 'All-Stars' shall be continued.
Abel will pick up pizzas from Costco.
There will be pins given to participants of the Tournament and Certificates given to those qualifying for the Tournament.

Abel will run the board for the "A" League 'All-Stars'.
Roger will run the board for the "B" League 'All-Stars'.

   Matt Walden of the 1007 BullKings reqested that their first match against the Poet team, SkullDarttery, be rescheduled since his team was the only one having to face Anthony Vasquez and a stronger team than anyone else.

There was much discussion with the main points being:
Anthony Vasquez was given his money back and thus should not ever have been considered part of the League.
The League admitted Mr. Vasquez in 'good faith' and never should have given him his money back.
It would be unfair to the other teams who have either lost players or been forced to play other teams with a player they had already faced on a different team. This would constitute rescheduling multiple matches and muck up the season.

Charlie moves that the match not be rescheduled.
Roger seconds.
Danyel, Abel, Julie, Charlie & Roger in favor.
Keith opposed.
Motion passes.

   Charlie would like to see another Board Position created to allow for a WebMaster to maintain the website.

The main points of the discussion are:
We could have one person who could devote all of their time to working on the website.
Do we really need another voting position on the board and one less player's dues coming in?
The Competition Secretary is already the designated WebMaster in the Rules and By-Laws.
Other Board members should and already have access to the site.
Is this position feasible and truly necessary?

Charlie motions for the position of WebMaster to be created and another Board seat allowed for that position.
Roger seconds.
Charlie in favor.
Roger, Julie, Danyel & Abel opposed.
Keith abstains.
Motion does not pass.

   As per Don's request and submission, the board discussed amending the Captain's right to overrule a board's decision.

Since the last 'All Captains' meeting actually broke the Rules & By-Laws in allowing the Captains to vote on Anthony Vasquez's penalty, a clarification is needed to allow for proper action.
The proposed amendment is as follows:

In the event the 'All Captains' overrule a Board's decision, the Board will reconvene within seven days to make an alternate decision. Should the 'All Captains' disagree with the alternate decision, they may overrule and make a decision themselves, which shall be final.

Charlie motions the amendment be approved.
Abel seconds.
Unanimous approval.
Motion passes.
