A meeting of the 'All Captains' of the Santa Cruz County Darts Association
(SCCDA) was held on the date and at the time set forth above.

Discussion of the events of the night of January 11th.
Board's ruling.
4 captains say S.C.C.D.A. should not be involved.
Frank--association has the right to make decision.
Dean--association should not be involved.
Jim Wells--association should not be involved.
Max--association should be involved if the rules state.
Abel--association should be involved.
Bobby Bishop--modify boards decision.
Angel--association does not have jurisdiction to make ruling.
Bill Grandy--association should not be involved. Decision based on hearsay.
Matt--association should be involved.
Roger-association should be involved.
Joe--association should be involved.
Charlie--association should be involved.
Bruce questions "just cause".
8 captains agree the association should be involved.
Bobby motions Anthony to be suspended for a year and a year of probation.
Pete be put on probation for one year.
Terry to get probation for a year.
Bobby modifies into 3 segments.
Max seconds the motion.
Bobby rescinds above motion.
Discussion of Anthony ensues.
Vote to overrule Board's decision to terminate Anthony's membership for life.
4--For Board's decision to be upheld.
7--Against Board's decision.
Vote for a 2 season (1 year) suspension of Anthony's membership.
5--For 1 year suspension.
2--Against 1 year suspension.
Discussion of Pete ensues.
Vote to overrule Board's decision to suspend Pete until All-Stars with review by commissioner.
9--For overruling the Board's decision.
2--Against overruling the Board's decision.
Vote to suspend Pete for 1 season.
7--For suspension of 1 season.
3--Against suspension of 1 season.
Motion to suspend Pete for 2 seasons.
6--In favor.
No majority.
Discussion of Terry ensues.
Vote to overrule Board's decision of 1 season suspension of Terry's membership with review by commissioner.
7--For overruling Board's decision.
3--Against overruling Board's decision.
Dean motions for Terry's membership to be suspended for life.
No second.
Jim motions for Terry to be suspended for 1 season.
Abel seconds motion.
Vote: 7--for Terry's suspension for 1 season.
4--against Terry's suspension for 1 season.
