OLD BUSINESS:
1. Season’s start
KA will be posting stats and schedules at Windjammers this week, and CM will post stats and schedules at Bocci’s Cellar. AR will check in on Castaways to see if their setup is ready for league play.
2. Finances
A summation of the money brought in so far this season was presented as well as projected expenses. There is still a $30 player fee due. The total projected expenses of $4,000 are much higher than our total income of $3,144.00.
NEW BUSINESS:
3. Fundraising
In order to meet or exceed our total projected expenses, the Board members agree some types of fundraising will need to happen. Some of the ideas included increased T-Shirt sales, an end-of-the-season tournament with contributions for prizes, advertisements on the website, weekend pay-per-game tournaments, and a short three-player team season. RC will be responsible for looking further into advertising.
